Brief Description / Context

Over several years, MEI WEN TI supported various international initiatives in the Mannheim area and helped build long-term relationships between German and Chinese partners from government, business, and institutions.
 
The focus was on delegation visits, international exchange programs, location marketing, and strategic support for institutional cooperation between Mannheim and Chinese stakeholders.

Challenge

International cooperation in the municipal and institutional spheres requires long-term trust, resilient networks, and a deep understanding of political, economic, and cultural structures on both sides.
 
Particularly in exchanges between German cities and Chinese partners, tactful communication, institutional processes, and the sustained cultivation of relationships play a decisive role.
