Ambassador from Huairou Science City

Huairou is a district of Beijing that the Chinese government wants to develop into China's "Science City" by 2030. In the internationally oriented "Huairou Science City", research institutions and technology companies are to form a world-leading science center. China is supporting this project with very high subsidies, especially for foreign researchers and companies. The government of Huairou has appointed MEI WEN TI as the official ambassador of this Beijing district.
